全自动化学发光免疫系统除了有操作简单、快速和没有同位素污染优点以外,可以有效地消除样本的本底干扰和样本对光信号的散射,同时化学发光法试剂盒稳定性高,适宜大批量样品的检测,其高灵敏TSH对于临床甲亢的诊断比RIA法更具有准确性。同时,CLIA试剂有效期可达六月至一年,比RIA更具优越性。本文结果显示,CLIA与RIA两种分析技术同样准确可信,可互相补充,共同发展,均可为临床诊断提供准确可信的数据。 【参考文献】 [2]赵利霞,李振甲,魏彦林,等.化学发光免疫分析[J].世界科技研究与发展,2004,26(4):24~33.
