【摘要】 目的 探讨新鲜血小板的临床应用效果，以弥补急救时新鲜血小板供应不足。方法 采用机采新鲜血小板与冰冻血小板临床输注疗效分析，随机分为2组对照，观察血小板输注前后的临床体征及血小板计数。结果 2组疗效分析，机采新鲜血小板组疗效优于新鲜冰冻血小板组。结论 机采新鲜血小板可以用于急救由于血小板减少导致的出血性疾病。 【关键词】 新鲜血小板 冻血小板 实验室技术和方法
Clinical assessment of fresh apheresis platelets transfusion and frozen apheresis platelets transfusion

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of the frozen apheresis platelets in order to make up for the deficiency of the fresh apheresis platelets during the rescue.Ｍｅｔｈｏｄｓ Patients were randomly allocated into two groups which received transfusion of fresh and frozen apheresis platelets respectively.The pre and posttransfusion platelet countincrement and clinical treatment efficacy were compared between the two groups.Ｒｅｓｕｌｔｓ The frozen apheresis platelets transfusion resulted in higher and better clinical effect than fresh apheresis platelets transfusion significantly.Conclusion The frozen aphereses platlets can be used in rescuing the patients with haemorrhagic diseases induced by platelets deficiency.

近年来，临床应用浓缩（PC）手工分离的血小板逐渐减少，被机采新鲜浓缩血小板代替［1］。我院从2003年开始应用机采新鲜血小板输注治疗相关性血小板减少性疾病，由于输注新鲜机采浓缩血小板满足不了临床的需求，从2004年开展了冰冻新鲜血小板的临床输注。4年来，新鲜机采血小板与冰冻血小板应用临床后，通过临床观察，证实了冰冻新鲜血小板除具有新鲜血小板的优点外，还具有保存期长、无污染危险、使用方便有利于出血危重的急救治疗的优点，但输注冰冻血小板后的血小板数量上升不及新鲜血小板输注上升的明显。现将两者的临床应评价报告如下。
1 材料与方法
1.1 材料
机采新鲜血小板来自蚌埠市血站。供血者均符合《卫生部献血者健康检查标准》，用血细胞分离机按要求和标准采集浓缩血小板，每单位治疗量为200 ml，富含血小板2.5～6.8×1011，采集血小板后24 h内输注。
