【摘要】 目的：探讨联合检测aL岩藻糖苷酶（AFu）、腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）对肝病诊断的临床价值。方法：应用日立7080全自动生化分析仪对肝病患者135例，健康对照组92例血清AFu、ADA、CHE水平进行联合检测。结果：实验组血清AFu、ADA水平明显高于正常人组（P<0.01），CHE水平实验组明显低于正常对照组。AFu在肝癌组阳性率为79.2%，ADA、CHE在肝硬化组阳性率高于90%。结论：肝癌时，AFu应用价值较高；肝硬化时，ADA和CHE应用价值较高，联合检测AFu、ADA、CHE水平在一定程度上能反映肝脏的功能，对于肝病的诊断，临床疗效及预后判断具有一定参考价值。 【关键词】 肝病aL岩藻糖苷酶；腺苷脱氨酶；胆碱酯酶
Clinical Significane of Combined AFu，ADA and CHE Detection for Patients with Liver Diseases

Abstract ：Objective To investigate clinical value of combined Serum alphaLfucosidase（AFu），adenosine deaminase（ADA）and Cholinesterase（CHE）detection for the diagnosis of liver diseases. Methods AFu，ADA and CHE in the serum were studied in 135 patients with liver diseases and 92 healthy individuals by HITACHI 7080. Results The serum AFu，ADA levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls（P<0.01），CHE of the experiment group was obviously increases nearly 80％cases of PHC，the positive rates of ADA，CHE were above 90％ hepatocirrhosis. Conclusion AFu is a valuable maker for diagnosing liver cancer，ADA and CHE are valuable makers for diagnosing hepatocirrhosis. The combining AFu，ADA and CHE examination maybe reflect function of liver in some degree，and set reference valuable to diagnosis，verdict curative effect and prognosis.

aL岩藻糖苷酶（AFu）是一种溶酶体酸性水解酶，在不同的肝病中均可能出现异常改变；肝内ADA主要存在于细胞质中，肝细胞受损时，ADA释放进入血液循环，引起外周血ADA水平升高；血清胆碱酯酶（CHE）是肝细胞合成与降解的场所，当肝细胞受损时，该酶活性下降，能反映肝细胞受损害的程度，反应肝脏储备功能。
